Data Deletion Instructions

How to remove Ktistis Labs's access to your Facebook or Instagram account and have us delete the data we hold about you.
1. Remove our app
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites). Find Ktistis, choose Remove, and tick the option to delete posts and activity if you want them gone too.
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. Find Ktistis and choose Remove.
Once the app is removed, we can no longer publish to or read the account. We delete its stored access tokens within 7 days.
2. Ask us to delete your data
Email privacy@ktistis.com with the subject "Data deletion" and your Facebook or Instagram username. This also works if you only commented on one of our posts. We confirm by email and delete the account data, publishing records and comment data we hold within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
